Accommodation Style

  • Twin rooms (two single beds) are standard. Double beds are uncommon in Japan.
  • Single rooms may be smaller than twin rooms.
  • Triple rooms include an extra bed or sofa bed and are subject to hotel confirmation.
  • Room type (smoking/non-smoking) depends on hotel availability (Run of House).
  • Note: Onsen facilities may not accept guests with tattoos. Small ones may be covered, but access is not guaranteed.

Special Notes

  • This tour is not recommended for travelers with limited mobility.
  • Dietary restrictions must be communicated in advance but cannot be guaranteed.
  • Meals are a mix of Japanese and Western cuisine unless otherwise requested.
  • Dinner at Hakone hotel is traditional Japanese style.
  • Groups of 6+ guests receive 6 lunches instead of 2.

Transportation & Visits

  • All transfers and visits conducted in a private vehicle with Spanish-speaking guide.
  • Entrance fees to all sites marked (*) are included.
  • Reserved seats on JR Shinkansen (Kyoto–Nagoya and Nagoya–Odawara) in economy class.
  • First-class upgrade available for JPY 9,000 net per person.

  • Luggage transfers included only when using private vehicles (e.g. airport-hotel).
  • For FIT clients, luggage shipment is not included (approx. JPY 3,000 per bag if needed).
